The goods will generally be delivered within three to ten days after we have received your payment. The type of dispatch will be either Colissimo, dpd or Schenker depending on the weight of your parcel and the destination.

The freight costs include packing, transport and shipping charges. The charges depend on the weight and/or volumetric weight of the parcel and will be shown as soon as you add a product into your cart.

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, you must request it within 10 days of receiving your item, having taken good care of it and kept it in an unused state, complete with packaging (in a resaleable condition) and all it’s components.

Our products are packaged to ensure they arrive to you in good condition. However very occasionally items will arrive damaged or with defects.
